Return Policy

For return, there is 20% restocking fee. Return must be in the original packaging. No refund for all sales after 30 days of receipt.

For defective products return or replacement, buyers must contact seller within 10 days of receipt. Buyer must pay for returning the defective product. All products found not defective upon inspection will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if buyer wants a refund, and buyer is responsible for shipping fee from Gadspot back to buyer.

Compatibility is not guaranteed. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all non-defective products returns. This includes problems with: compatibility, driver / software conflicts, improper installations, etc.

For exchange or return due to buying a wrong product, buyer needs to pay two-way shipping fee. 20% restocking fee will be applied for refunds.

Shipping fee is not refundable. No exception.

Gadspot do not offer “Upgrade” or “Trade-In” from older product models to current product models.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please follow the steps to file RMA.

1.     Log in to your Gadspot account at www.gadspot.com

2.     Move the mouse to the “Customer Service” drop down menu above the banner

3.     Click on “Order Status / History” to access the order history

4.     Click on “Request RMA” link next to the order number the return items associate

5.     Fill out the RMA Form online, and press “Submit” after filling out all information

Gadspot support team will contact you within 3 business days after reviewing the rma submission.

Gadspot do not offer advanced replacement currently, and we must receive the returned items for inspection.

Gadspot do not offer loaner equipment while the products are in service.
